Method of payment: We accept Visa, Master card, Canadian Money Orders and Cash
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to hold the property.
Cancellation: 21 days notice is required to refund your deposit (less $50.00 administration fee).
Damage: There will be a $350 damage deposit taken at the time of booking for
a weekly reservation ($200 for nightly). Any items missing or damaged will
be charged to you. Please be mindful of the hot tub. It is extremely
expensive to repair or replace the lid.
Checklist: A checklist is provided for you - Please feel free to double check when you arrive.
Pets: We are pet friendly! Dogs are allowed with prior approval from the owners. Conditions: Your pet must be well trained and groomed. They are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the house as the fir doors will be expensive for you to replace should they get damaged.
No Smoking: This is a smoke free property, there is a covered porch for smoking outside. We ask that you do not throw your butts in the yard. If you smoke inside you will relinquish your damage deposit.
Check in/out: As we do back to back rentals, we cannot have you checking in before 4:00pm and for the same reason, check out time is 11:00 am sharp. If you like, you may call and inquire about an early check in or late check out. We are flexible so long as it fits in with our other guests' schedules.
